customers should see when they receive an e-mail from your shop.

This proves that you are a fully registered business, and gives it a

better image.

Appearance

You can personalize your shop‘s appearance with the ―Appearance‖ tab.

Note that it is in fact a redirect to the "Themes" sub-tab of the "Modules"

tab.
